Using ORS2 with JFP, everything connected fine, shows DEO VR playing and SLR Playing in JFP but scripts will not load. I paid for Premium + scripts, unless there was an issue with it activating the scripts part of the service not sure what is going on. Local files play just fine and purchased video's with scripts where playing fine before.
Interactive issue
@RealcumberScripts any idea on this, I contacted support directly but they wont help cause they tell me I am technically not using a supported device. I am doing nothing different from when I was streaming scripts that I purchased separately which worked fine.

cwvikings0012 It's not just the device, When you are using software that isn't ours (JFP) I can't give support as we don't control it and can't assume the issue isn't the 3rd party software. I would have to follow up on all kinds of tools and software users use which also is not our responsibility.
Then people would on top of that start asking for support for devices I know nothing about, can't test myself or if I even would find the issue, we can do anything about.
I'm also not keen on installing a bunch 3rd party software on my system. Nor do we want to be held liable if something happens to your system.
Rakly3 I understand, I was just curious, also Joy fun player or JFP was created by Razer1 who also created the software "Joy fun scripter" that Scripters like Realcumberscripts use to script videos and Razer1 incorporated the option into JFP to sync the OSR2 to SLR interactive videos. So the way I look at it, it really is not a 3rd party software when it was created by the people SLR is working with to produce interactive content. The process is to connect the OSR2 via USB to PC, Launch JFP and make sure it is connected, connect to SLR by logging in and it confirms the log in. You select the video in the DEOVr app or SLR app, JFP shows SLR is playing the video and would in turn at the bottom also display the corresponding script playing to the video. This worked 100% fine when I was buying scripts separately. I was paying monthly and let my premium expire cause I wanted to sign up and try the bundles version with the scripts included. After signing back up this is when it stopped working, So I assumed it was an issue with the premium plus scripts bundle.
Also FYI, at this point I don't expect a response resolving the issue as you have explained yourself, and that is why I tagged Realcumber as well as he would have more inside knowledge on the OSR and JFP side of things. Would you be able to answer 1 question though. Can you confirm I do have a premium + scripts bundle active and not just a premium active?

I understand what you mean, really. But for a legal business entity it does make a huge difference. And working with is also different from being an employee. If you want to ask Raser1, Cumber or even myself, you can still do it outside official SLR channels as that would be outside of work.
To answer your question; Yes you have an active monthly Premium+Script subscription since July 27 2021
