Very choppy video.

Anything over 5K makes the video almost unwatchable due to how choppy or pixelated it becomes. Is there something else I have to do? I use the SLR app to watch.
Here are my specs

CPU: Intel i7-9700K
RAM: 32 GB DDR4 4000
GPU: Nvida RTX 3090
VR: HTC Vive pro.

anton_sugar use the h265 files and make sure to have the HEVC codec from Microsoft.

x264 decoding needs an ever more powerful CPU than what you have. Like an Epic or Dual/Quad Xeon setup.
