Hi, I have been a member here for a very long time now and I have noticed you have added an option for a script subscription. How do we add it to our subscription? Are we suppose to cancel and resubscribe? There is another topic on this but there have been no updates in nearly 3 weeks. Cheers!

microtel I'm in the same boat. I'd be more than happy to sign up for lifetime scripts today, but as I already have a lifetime sub, I'm not going to buy another lifetime sub just for scripts. I mean, certainly we should be the target consumer for lifetime scripts anyway as we have already proven to be "lifers."

I've a question about the script download limit -

I understand why it exists, especially for people who might subscribe and download everything.

However for people with lifetime, why should there be a download limit? We'll always have a membership.

I have just read that subscribers will only be allowed to download 3 scripts per month. So those who use a discount code will be worse off adding scripts

This is my issue also, I have to download the scripts for them to work with my setup, cant stream them. I'd gladly add it to my lifetime sub but it seems kind of pointless with the 3 per month thing in place

I'm a lifetime subscriber and also just added the lifetime scripts. I think its an awesome deal in the long run. Love what they are doing at SLR and don't mind supporting companies that continue to add value like they have. 3 download limit and unlimited streaming is fine by me. I know not everybody is going to feel that way but there's also those of us who don't mind it because the service they provide is worth it. Quality content and scripts cost a lot of money.

If your not going to treat someone who has a forever, and always subscription any differently than someone who paid for 30 days.. fine, at the very least you can improve the system and process.

If I downloaded a script, it doesn't go into "My Scripts", it goes into nothing. In fact, I can download the same script 3 times to use up my downloads, and not be able to download it again. If I am claiming a script, please make it go into my scripts and if it's counting against my limit, it shouldn't count more than once if I had to download it a second time for some reason.

microtel 3 downloads per month fair policy is effective for everyone atm. We have to respect vendors hard work. We are working on advanced encryption that should help us to lift the limit at some point.
