xt912 Hi, there is a problem on my android phone. When I launch the application and select any video, the video loads, the sound goes and there is no need, instead of it a white screen, I can not understand what is the matter, android 5.1, please help
xt912 hello, no, when I select a video from the phone's memory, the same thing happens, the sound is there, and the video is not, only the white screen
xt912 3840*1920 px, but this is not the most important, it is important that the videos that are online in the application also do not work
xt912 I now checked, ran various online video in an application of different resolutions, even at 720 white screen, I can record the video of the process to make it clearer and send, tell me where, I'll do it
Philip xt912 That's weird, I'm not sure where it might come from, please wait for updated version of app coming next week to android, it might solve the problem.
