You’ll need to experiment but start with low doses of maybe 4-5mg and try to stick with sativa if you can, indica will likely make you feel really heavy. Check out cycling frog if you can get them, they make THC seltzer fruit water and can hardly even taste the THC/CBD in it. Just one of the regular ones like Black Currant or Grapefruit works for me. It’ll start kicking in roughly 30 minutes and fully kick in about an hour and is effective for about 2-3 hours for me. I just started to use the stuff in the last few months and these have been the best so far. Drink two and you might not want to get up from where you are once they’ve kicked in.
