Hello, I am writing to you because in the last month I am having connection problems. The videos start but after a short time they freeze and I am forced to close and reopen the video every time. Also I can't download the videos from your site, the downloads start but after a while they slow down until they stop.
I have already tried to reinstall the app several times, disable firewalls, change network card for the app. Instead for the download problems I tried to reinstall chrome or change browser but nothing problems persist thanks I await info.

    Vexad For download, use a download manager (like "internet download manager"), it helps a lot .

      I think that the biggest problem is almost all the users get on at the same times. I have a 50+mbs dl speed but at like 8pm till midnight my speeds on SLR are trash and this wipes out streaming for me and instead I just download stuff through the day to watch later. I personally use the ADM download manager from my phone because my speeds are best from my phone.
