Constant errors, pages not wanting to load, and videos not loading

I've been having this issue for weeks now on my index using the desktop app on PC.

thelonelyone23 Do you use a VPN? Or have you tried using one to see if it resolves the issue?

I have the same setup w/ an Index and was having similar issues out of nowhere a few months ago, but in the end after some trial and error figured out it was my ISP throttling the site. Resolved pretty much the second I started using a VPN. I just went with Hotspot Shield since I didn't need anything fancy and the price was right.
