The newest update for the cardboard app doesn't work with my controller any longer 😭😭😭 very saddening. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

    Zmannn36 Can you try uninstalling the app, then look in your app list for slr engine or deovr engine and also remove that? Then reinstall.

    Let us know if it helped or not and which controller.

      Ok, so I uninstalled SLR app and engine from my app list. Didn't see DeoVR engine in my app list and reinstalled SLR app. Still no luck with the controller doing anything in the app. I'm using an Xbox one controller and my device is a OnePlus 8 5G. Tried running the app with my Samsung Galaxy S9 with the same controller and same results. Before the update I had absolutely no problems

        Zmannn36 One of our technicians attempted to recreate the issue but didn't find but wasn't able to. He thinks it could be you are using Android 11 which he personally doesn't have. Maybe one of our other technicians can look into Android 11.

          Our devs tried to recreate the issue with the SLR cardboard build available on our website with Android 11 on a Pixel 2 phone but everything seems to work fine.

            I need help too. Since i update to android 11, i cant use my ps4 controller on slr. It was fully working previously.

            Also, my slr app is running fine. but i can't seem to change the viewer setting. Everytime i clicked on the top right gear icon. the app will crash and takes me to my home screen. Need some help here. Will there be any update on this issue ?
