I can watch recorded videos fine but I'm finding live cams stream really poorly with lots of buffering. It's been going on for weeks, and on some days it's not too bad but on many days it's unusable. I also notice it tends to be worse in the evening, when I tested it this morning (CEST) it was absolutely fine. When I do a speed check I find I have a good streaming speed but a strangely low parallel streaming speed. Maybe it's related? Typically I get something like this:
