I have trouble now and then where the model in the video is huge and out of proportion. It's like having sex with a mardi-gras parade character. For example, the SLR Original with Meana Wolf "Pillow Fort". I tried messing around with the zoom but that just distorts the image more. I haven't run into this issue with any other SLR Original so far. I'm using an Oculus Go and watching videos via the SLR app. I tried streaming the video through the Oculus browser but ran into the same issue. I ran into the same issue with a BaDoinkVR video. Other videos play fine but some are out of proportion as i described. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it?
Model size out of proportion
Don't think it's anything for you to fix on your end when it comes to those specific examples, some scenes are just off on the scaling. "Pillow Fort" was (I believe) basically self-produced by Meana, which is awesome and I hope happens more often, but as a result the scaling is not right. Most of the other SLR Originals (aside from some here and there, and a few of their earliest releases) are much, much better with the scaling, most being spot-on in my opinion.
And sadly Badoink had basically a multiple-year period where their scaling was just all over the place, same with SexBabes and probably some other studios I'm not thinking of. With Badoink specifically, basically with any scene prior to early-2019 you're risking that it's way out of proportion.
On the Oculus Go, I have no idea if SLR's 200 degree vids will play correctly with SLR app or Deo, but sure someone else can chime in on that.
Yes a lot of the old videos are not right , the models look like giants and it still the same today with some of the studios , most of the Japanese videos are ok but some are not and the models look tiny, when this happens I zoom in or out sometimes it helps , but it is annoying especially when it's a model you like and it's unwatchable.
Yeah the old Naughty America VR vids are like this too (2015-early 2017).
It's a shame because they have VR vids from performers like Remy LaCroix, Cassidy Klein, Phoenix Marie, etc all whom haven't had VR scenes since.
Thanks everyone for your responses. It's at least good to know that it's nothing I did wrong. It's also good, in a way, to know that there's nothing I can do...instead of constantly trying all kinds of settings to fix it and just getting frustrated. Yes Keylox...it's a real shame that those models (especially Cassidy Klein) don't have updated scenes. Thanks again!

Same problem here with a lot of VR content on my quest 2. Even the newest SLR movies are out of scale. Could it be that the different VR headsets show the content in different sizes? Maybe there are differences in the optics of the lenses. Why does no studio recognize this problem in actual productions?
Some studios don't know how to shoot VR content, they treat it like a regular video camera. Their scaling is off and zooming doesn't change it - zoom will usually just change the optical depth not the perception of the model's distance from you unless you zoom way out. Same issue with proportional distancing and distortion where the girl's head seems proportioned correctly but looking down at her hips seems like she is not curvy when in fact if she stands off in the distance you'll see her hips are just fine.
