Download limit of 50 videos every 3 days

Hello. deovr and slr do not open in rift and rift s on my win 10 pc for a long time now. As a result I cannot stream the videos and have to download and watch them with Virtual Desktop but you all are limiting the downloads to 50 every 3 days. Why are the deovr and slr apps no longer working in Win 10? Is there a solution, please?

RoccoVR There're no higher or lower limits on SLR for different users. Everyone is up to 30 downloads within 72h.

You might be confusing with free previews for non-paying customers. But it's more or less the same now

I did not say that. I said the people your read having 50 download limit is from before the change. Now every one has 30. - As you can see, the original post of this topic was over a year ago.

RoccoVR that's 2019. - And the unlimited referred to in that post is for downloading the same scene. You can download the same scene up to 30-days without it counting as a new download. After that, it will count again as one download.

Streaming has been and still is unlimited access.
