PrawnStar Use "Recent --> Release" if you just want the newest content updated daily, at least that's the best way I've found to do it. Be sure to toggle on or off the Japanese/JAV option depending on whether or not you want it. Note: this will also show you pay videos not included with premium.
The "Premium --> New" option will just be full videos you can watch with SLR Premium, and won't include any of the pay videos that aren't included with it. This might be the better option if you have no interest in buying separate vids.
Could be wrong, but believe the "Recent --> Upload" will basically list videos by the most recent update, even for very minor changes to a scene- for example if a new file is added or changed for any of the downloadable versions of the scene, etc. So might not be useful for most.
