justsomedude101 Of course you don't see a big difference because the resolution of the Index is lower than the native resolution of the original scene. Upscaling won't change how the picture looks to you.
Upscaling is imho only noticable when you watch stuff on a device with a (much) higher resolution than the scene's native resolution, like watching an SD or HD scene on a 4k or 8k TV.
My guess is there might be slight difference in quality noticable on the Pimax and maybe the G2. Even on the Quest 2 there probably isn't a noticable jump in picture quality.
