Neither DeoVR nor SLR App load anything

For some reason I can't access the SLR website over anything but the Oculus Browser anymore.
I have DeoVR and the SLR App installed but neither loads anything. DeoVR doesn't even load other webpages. SLR App behaves similarly. It starts and then gets stuck loading.
Connecting via the Oculus Browser works fine though. So I definitely have an internet connection.

Watching through DeoVR worked fine for a while but suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago.
While troubleshooting I was able to get DeoVR to work once but sadly I have no Idea what made it work and have not been able to reproduce it a second time.

I'm using an Oculus Quest.

What I tried already:
Turning off all security of my wifi to make sure DeoVR doesn't hit a firewall or anything
Changing wifi to 5GHz (because I read somewhere that the Quest may have trouble connecting to 2.4GHz)
Starting DeoVR from the Oculus App

Dings After uninstalling the app(s), can you connect it to a PC or device you can browse the filesystem with?
On the Quest, under folders
android/obb
android/data

check if there is anything remaining from the app(s). If there is,delete it. Reboot the Quest and try again.
Do you have any other sideloaded apps? (Use the DeoVR install on the Oculus store, not sideloaded.)

First thanks for your reply. Sorry for my slow response. I wasn't home over the holidays.
But now I checked the DeoVR files on my Quest.
After uninstalling DeoVR I checked on my PC and all files were gone. After reinstalling it, I could access SLR normally ONCE.
After rebooting the Quest it was back to loading again.
After looking through DeoVR's files for a bit while keeping it running on my Quest I realized that SLR had loaded! So I have a failed speedtest from within DeoVR now and some error messages!
The output of the speedtest was the following:

CDN POP location: Falkenstein-4, DE
Latency Error - ms
Streaming Finished 18.2 Mbps
Parallel Streaming Error 0.0 Mbps

Error Pinging https://cdn-vr.sexlikereal.com/videos_app/h265/1936_4096p.mp4! -> Latency Request is expired: 382319
Parallel data streaming test error! -> Download failed for all streams

A second Speedtest had basically the same Result, only differing in the POP location, streaming speed and the time the request needed to expire:

Streaming - 14.2 Mbps
Parallel Streaming Error 0.0 Mbps

I tried clearing the cache and cookies by deleting the files in the folders cache/UnityShaderCache, files/Cookies and files/HTTPCache. Which didn't really do anything and DeoVR just regenerated these after starting.

Another thing that's weird is that livecams seem to work correctly. The overview loads quickly and I don't have to wait when opening a stream.

I just found out that videos load if I set the encoding to viewport in DeoVR. Could the problem be that DeoVR can't decode h265 and h264 properly? Or alternatively something is broken on my side which makes decoding costly.
That wouldn't explain why the menu also takes ages to load anything though.
