Since a few days i cant choose any of my created playlists to save a video. My playlists exist with all saved videos but i cant save any videos to exisiting playlists. There are no playlist available for any videos. My only option is to create a new playlist for any video i want to save.

@Kafkaf#7155 Please try to log out and log back in. Works well for me in Chrome.

I tried it many times also with different browsers but didnt help

@Rakly3#7167 I can make new playlists but if i want to save another video i have to make always new playlists because there will not be shown an existing playlist for save

@Kafkaf#7175 Do I understand you correctly? You can make a new playlist with 1 video; When you want to add a 2nd video to that new playlist, you can't.

@Rakly3#7178 Yes. If i go to "save to playlist" are no playlists listed. The only way to safe the video is to make a new playlist. All created playlists are listed on the left side on website below "watch later". I have only the option to make a own playlist for every video i want to save.

@Rakly3#7183 Firefox. But tried it also with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Same issue.

Did you do a fresh install of either Chrome or Edge when you tried? @Kafkaf#7185 Could you 1. close all SLR tabs you have open 2. [b]disable your extensions[/b] 3. clear cache & cookies 4. close browser 5. click on Start button or Windows key 6. type 'clean', disk cleanup should show. Open it. 7. click the Advanced clean button at the bottom of the window. 8. select all cache and history options. You don't have to clear your downloads, thumbnails, etc. 9. try again 10. report back 🙂

I tried it but dont work. Also a clean installation with windows 10 brought nothing. I thought it could caused by the new windows mixed reality update i installed last week, but still have the same issue with playlist.
