Daydream and Cardboard updated, h265 support, enhanced quality for EU S8 and S7

Daydream and GearVR (to be updated next week), now stream in h265 by default.

Owners of European versions with more powerful GPU's on S8 and S7 can stream up to 5k quality in h265, 30-40 mbit/s internet speed required.

Cardboard users of h265 capable-phones can switch h265 in Settings from main interface (by clicking profile).

The most recent version (on Daydream anyway) seems to have lost the ability to select the playback speed. Very disappointing, especially since it's so hard to navigate accurately to a particular point in any other way. Any chance that could be restored?

bluevanity PS -- That's when viewing sideloaded videos with the video player. I don't generally have enough bandwidth to stream live in high quality.

We had some major issues with playback speed, and it was temporary removed.
We'll put it back after some work is done to make sure it works as needed.
