  • SLR app login won't recognize my account username

I obviously have a valid username or else I would not be bale to post this message, but when I try to sign-in during an Oculus rift S session using the SLR app, it won't accept mu username, saying "user does not exist."
Could an admin pls help/explain why this might be happening? I'm obviously not going to purchase a premium account if even a registered account doesn't work properly.....

Check again because everything is working, most likely you get your username wrong, try email instead

    Philip Hi Philip, trust me, I tried both, multiple times, and they are the correct users name and email. The SLR app starts to verify for a half second and then informs me that my account does not exist. I have no trouble logging in via browser. If it was a matter of a spelling mistake, I would have figured this out myself. As it is, something about the app is failing to authenticate my credentials.

      Jondalar24 Have you updated to v8.4 of the app?
      If you have, please send us a support ticket so we don't have to put any of your information here 🙂
