Hobbit44 thanks! not sure i can take the existing scenes, but that idea was in my mind. my earlier attempts with pose transfer were more for image generation and were unsuccesfull, didnt get to the motion control yet, but i have some 3d skills so i could perhaps make a 3d reference and use it as a motion control. its all in plan for development.
jokkmokkmedsokk thanks! yes, the edges are bothering me too, fighting with them currently. regarding your observation about eyes strain on some parts you are right, its the fluctiation in the model that adjusts between the frames in the video and in some places it makes things bounce which causes the feeling of far/close. it was worse in the first tests and i softened it to some extent but softening it more can affect the movement and stereo itself. will see if i can soften it a bit more. and im on quest 3 too. thanks for feedback! appreciated!
