I did get a reply with the team asking, "When both eyes are open, does the video look normal and properly 3D, or is part of the image visibly missing/distorted"?
I answered this by saying, "With both eyes open it does not look right. This is because the Left eye sees the cropped lefthand side of the image and the Right eye sees the cropped Righthand side. Combining half of the Left in the Left eye and half of the Right in the Right can not produce a 3D effect, or for that matter, a sensible image. You have to combine two complete images, not two halves. I do not know if the cropped images are the correct Left and Right of just from the same, that is either one of the left or Right image. If they are the correct Left and Right then I suggest the problem is the images are cropped, that is partial images".
I have just resent my reply email (ticket 80575).
I think the issue is back in your hands, unless you sent another email? I did recieve your first so suspect this is the case.
