My sub was due for renewal today and the bank blocked the epoch transaction. I got that cleared away, contacted epoch to try the transaction again. They said they can't, the account has been cancelled and that I would need to rejoin the website. I have been a site member for years and my account was not restricted by the new download rules. I have opened a ticket with SLR support but while I wait for a response perhaps one of the forum admins can answer this for me.
If I rejoin will my sub be restricted by the new downloading rules?
