True but you assume that these do not rule each other out. It is ok to add filler content but it can not affect to the rest of the video. Let's assume video is 1 hour long. There is only 10 minutes of missionary you like. It is ruined with feet in your mouth content (5 minutes) so the total watchable content in missionary is only 5 minutes. Adding 5 minutes of "filler content" halves the missionary to 5 minutes and conclusion is you get only half the view.
Unfortunately filler content usually breaks immersion totally and is only trade off. The more filler content there is the less we get cowgirl, missionary, doggy etc.
