What do you think about the new download limit?
Firstly, I do understand the reasons for this but I think it is no longer clear.
An example,
Today the 5th of August at 05:09 I had 4 downloads remaining with renewal shown to start on the 6th of August. I downloaded 1 video so I should have 3 left with renewal on the 6th.
Latter at 06:58 I requested a download and got 29 downloads remaining and renewal on the 11th.
As I had lost the 3 downloads remaining for the advised renewal on the 6th, why was the revised earlier renewal set to 29 not 30 downloads?
Using my experience of the number of downloads I previously made with the old system, I’ve potentially lost 4 downloads.
