Where's the excitement for xr devices such as xreal aura, viture, snap specs...?

We are getting closer than ever to vr level fov with xreal aura already at 70 degrees currently. A few more iterations and with the xr space competition ramping up, we'll be there at 100+ fov in notime.

But why isn't there any excitement for these devices in the vr porn scene.
These xr devices are clearly solving a lot of problems with vr headsets, namely bulk, battery life with swappable batteries(should be coming), passthrough is inherent without extra cameras/latency/graininess - again a big win for battery life, electrochromic dimming to easily transition from VR to AR in no time(like when someone knocks on your door), sbs 180 video playback and so on. What more does a vr porn device need?

It's the perfect carrier for mass market vr device adoption albeit disguised as a xr first device. Why no excitement though??

When smartphones went mainstream, we still went back to PCs, laptops,... for specific tasks. You're likely not doing your work on a smartphone screen. It comes down to screen real estate and performance.

XR devices already solve the screen size aspect that made us go back to our laptops/PCs. Performance can be offloaded to a PC/laptop as a headless device where XR is your go to screen.
And you'd get to wear it all day long as there's hardly any heft.

Resolution is something they need to work on though.

Another significant aspect is the social one. No weird looks from onlookers(atleast when we're not watching porn 😛).

xr devices go mainstream -> bigger the adult vr market -> studios see the confidence to invest more into vr and actually see profits with scale -> larger and better content variety for us all.

This is THE thing that's gonna define the future of adult vr.
