Not sure if there is any point in making observations any more on these forums as they are a shadow of what they used to be... however ...

Alex Nash is the best VR Director bar non, and whether he is a directorial name conjured up and moved on to another persona is regardless - But SLR and VRspy which are my babies that i used to support and help get to where they are today have major issues with close ups and are flippin' awful and too close, please go back to what worked so well.... maybe it's a different camera but the close up pussy licking and nipple sucking are too close, my brain just shuts down in what used to be my favourite bits.

...Also Alex Nash did the girl / girl 69 position close to camera - wtf happened to that ? please bring it back... or totally ignore me... it's becoming a joke at this point regarding feedback 🙂

Also can we have more John Strong as he seems to actually sit in the centre of the scene, his professionalism is appreciated, or you can listen to feedback from users that don't have a clue - Thank you

whatever alex nash did/does looked better. i dont know if the camera you guys use is different than what he has. If is id recommend you guys use his camera/setup. Hes videos has superior colors, scale, angles, clarity...

Totally agree, unfortunately we're not told the specs, but i suspect they have gone ahead with the black magic or red cam which afficianados knew had issues, but they probably had work arounds regarding close ups to get around the focus issues, but just look inferior and have a higher rate 'tag resolution' that fool idiots that don't have a clue.

The lastest scenes don't look terrible, but defintitely a down grade, but what can you do when you have lost your best director that didn't put the worst music i have ever heard into porn trailers.

Just a word a warning to the CEO... you need to look after your regular customer base rather than expand in directions nobody gives a hoot about escpecially in upcoming troublesome financial conditions (which i won't bore users with details here) .

Just make good VR scenes and improve / maintain what is working - I'm sometimes baffled at decisions made on this website that constanstly make things worse.

The new website is missing features and a downgrade and feedback makes no difference, just yes men saying it's coming soon !

The new camera or director is not as good as is used to be under Alex Nash !

I adore Carolina Guerrero and maybe Agatha Vega at her prime, but please pull it back a bit - Again..... i won't recommend models as it's a total waste of my time as these forums like to give the illusion of user adult perfromer recommendation, but it's facade !

I could recommend stunning girls here for 4 years running without any luck and yet some random newby twat that couldn't give a shit could ask for a fatty and she would appear within a month.

Look after your regulars instead of random twats tnat make a single post on here 🙂

A lot of those regulars are probably lifetime members already so are not making them any money and those who are not lifetime members probably aren’t going anywhere just because of the odd scene they don’t like. Not that there’s any real variety anyway, I’m not sure who these “fatty’s” are that you mention. It’s 90% skinny flat chested young girls.

Unfortunately big studios almost don't shoot nonpov scenes. And the best actresses are usually shot in pov.
Can you use the second vr camera at the same time as the main camera? To record the voyeur version of the scene.
So we will have both pov and non-pov version of the same scene.
This will make voyeur people happy!
And you will have an additional product for the big part of the audience. I think the statistics for voyeurists is up to 40%

I understand what your saying and i was probably the exception to the rule in that i wanted to support SLR when they released scenes i liked and although a Lifetime subscriber i purchased scenes as a naive way of showing my appreciation of great work and Alex Nash who was an incredible VR Director. So i guess me not purchasing anymore will be fine as they have new customers.

dolphin7559 People loved Nash's directing yet hated him as the male performer. Last reference about him was on VRspy site that they don't see him much on shoots.
I guess they nuked him due to the constant comments.
All the years worth of VR directing skills which is a rare skill btw, likely gone.

Yo dudes, I'm happy we're getting more natural positions for POV kissing/close-up titty, but please don't make this happen at the cost of segment length. Barely 30 seconds with both Melissa Stratton and Cyber Doll is a travesty.

Different angles in cowgirl/missionary was really nice though.

No. John Strong is the male performer in almost every Alex Nash directed scene. He’s not the worst out there but he’s about 60 years old so it’s a bit silly when he’s playing the boyfriend/stepbro of all these teen looking girls or someone’s stepson. Plus he’s very short in height so some of the upright positions, like doggy in particular, don’t look great as he can’t get himself above the girl to allow them to arch their ass up. He’s not that impressive in the trouser department either which again makes it a bit silly when the girls are all like “oh my god, it’s huge” when we can all see it isn’t. SLR/VRSpy have varied it up a little more in recent months but he’s still there a lot and at least one of the other guys they use has wood issues in some scenes.

Lately scenes have been, dare I say, uninspiring. Even the ones with a promising title (on the upcoming list) turn out to be skippable when I see little build up or storyline (like <5 mins between start and sex), or just the same "formula" rehashed over and over again, often with the same-ish group of female talent. More often than not I go watch JAVVR or old VR scenes these days, even though visual quality might be worse.

The times of creative SLR scenes (e.g. All Grown Up, Mile High Club, Modern Relationship, the GFEs with Tru Kait) seem to be over under new direction. These are good, multi-part (in one way or another) scenes that SLR needs to go back to - not every scene but frequent enough. New directors should refer to these, and JAVVR, for reference on what good *** is about.

Location/theme based props: Watch any jav/vrbangers scene and you'd find a multitude of props that are relevant to the location and script: pictures/jersey on walls, clothes strewn across, a magazine, few funny and interesting props and so on, e.g. booty-heaven
Cosplay (we can have a cosplay scene once in a while right)
- the-witcher (Old SLRO)
Latex (There's hardly any latex slro scenes and almost none in past year)

I've noticed these other studios go for settings where spaces are more enclosed or tight knit cause perspective works really well when it's a small/mid sized room or similar setting. When the space is way too wide and open(most SLRO locations are), all stuff beyond the first 10 feet or so appear mostly flat.

There's obviously more. But this would be a great starting point.

We need old SLRO's flow back more than ever.
