Hi, I thought I was already subscribed to the monthly script subscription, but it looked like it might have lapsed due to payment issues.
So I tried resubbing, but I get an error saying my payment could not be processed. I already tried Epoch support.
Unless this is a bug that's causing this issue and my sub never lapsed?
i do have sufficient funds and I have tried 2 different payment methods.
