Cannot play video o web/ 1min only on deovr

So on website with pc, most video I click in the pop up "Something went wrong. Try again later." show up and the video wont play. I try on Deovr with my quest3, I can play some of the video normally, but others just show a 1 min video. Never have this problem before.

JK08 Hello, please clear cache/cookes of your browser or use another browser and check the issue. If it occurs again, please let us know a name and version of your browser and send us a screenshot demonstrating the error.

Regarding the DeoVR application, please try reinstalling it and apdating to the latest version available

AshSLR Hi, I try what you said but still the same, and I think maybe is my account issues? Because when I am login, the pop up"Something went wrong. Try again later." show and I cant play the video. But if I log out, the 1 min demo plays normally
