No option to puchase Jav scenes on new website !

Silly-Sausage

I understand that most Jav scenes are not downloadable at the studios request, but on the old website there was an option to purchase the scenes as the layout operated differently.

However i've just noticed that it seems impossible to purchase Jav scenes now due to the fact that the 'Purchase Option' is embedded in the download button and because we can't download scenes, the button is not there etc, etc.

Is this a bug or bad design ? Can it be fixed ?

I ask this as surely the only reason to have Jav on the website is so users are able to purchase the scenes for the studio to make money, otherwise what's the point of them being on the site ?

Maybe i'm missing something...

Thanks

Silly-Sausage otherwise what's the point of them being on the site ?

Exactly the same as for any other scene on this site?

Not sure what you mean - Other studios have a purchase option, if you go to the download button, the option to purchase is at the bottom.

SchnuppiLilac

Silly-Sausage I get the thing about the missing purchase button. But why is there no point in Jav scenes being on the site when there is no purchase option? I don't need a purchase button to watch them.

What do the studio gain from being on the site unless they are paid upfront by SLR to give us access to the scenes and i don't think that is the case.

Surely the reason is users can watch the scene and then purchase them as an option if they like them.

I'm pretty sure it's not a good will gesture...

Silly-Sausage Studios get also paid from the subscription money based on watch time. Of course, when the purchase option is gone due to flawed website design Jav studios will now get less pay than before.

So basically i'm correct

AshSLR

Please note that some JAV videos are available for purchase. However, if a studio designates its content as streaming-only, the purchase option and related interface is not displayed

I'm not gonna pursue this further as it's similar to pointing out security vunerabilties in a website, it's a thankless task.

So i will just point out for the last time that TMAVR and many other JAV websites have always had all their scenes available to purchase regardless of whether they are downloadable or not, but since the new website has been deployed it obviously has a design flaw where this option to purchase is no longer available.

However, it's all good ... apparently lol 🙂
