I have a lifetime subscription, but since a few weeks, when I log in, it tells me to join, so it looks like no subscription at all is attached to my account?
I am trying to send in a support request, but the verification email never arrives. From the forum (this one) the verification email did arrive promptly.
Could you please help me out here?
