Speeding up VR SPY videos releases

When a video is released on the VR Spy website, it takes 8 months for it to be published on SLR. Personally, I find that really long and quite frustrating. Especially since they started making passthrough videos, the delays have gotten even longer. I understand that they need to attract viewers to the main site first, but couldn't they slightly reduce the wait before publishing on SLR? Go from 8 months to 6 or 5 months? That would be really great. What do you guys think? @VRSpy

Lately a fellow aggregator is getting new scenes a few weeks earlier than SLR. Since SLR is supposed to be the premium partner (https://www.sexlikereal.com/blog/534-top-studio-vrspy-becomes-exclusive-partners-with-slr), I think it would make perfect sense for SLR to be the first and receive the VRSpy scenes a little earlier than they do now.

Adrianvr I have once been asked nicely to not name any competitors here, so I'm being a good boy and not posting any links etc. The competitor's release dates are public information, so you can check for yourself if you think I'm making this up, it's the one with the white and red 4-letter logo.

VRSpy confirmed that this should not be the case. The mentioned platform published some videos without VRSpy’s permission, and a takedown request has already been sent. Thanks @SchnuppiLilac again for flagging this.

Mate... i thought you knew better, i know you're very intelligent.. but this is similar to posting workarounds / developer code on forums to get around poor business practice.

Defintitely not a secret backdoor...but some users will have enjoyed that earlier access. However the bigger point is please be careful about imparting sensitive info going forward which i won't describe here.

Hopefully you understand but totally up to you as you're one of the good guys... Cheers !

HughMungus That was the intention. Now the situation may be worse than before for some but I think the damage is not that bad. I was actually benefiting myself from that glitch but in fact had to actively keep myself in check every time because for the first time I'd rather watch the higher quality download from SLR.

Granola456 The lead time used to be 3 months. With 1 scene a week on vrspy and 1 a week on slr, and a 3 month lead time in between scenes being released on vrspy and slr. But then they started releasing extra passthrough scenes, which is great but it meant 2 scenes a week on some weeks on vrspy but it stayed at 1 a week on slr. So every passthrough scene pushes back the lead time by a week. There have been 24 passthrough scenes on vrspy so far, so that is 6 months extra lead time that has been added taking it from 3 months lead time to 9 months.

They probably need to start releasing more vrspy scenes each week on slr till it catches up or times between the scenes will just get longer and longer.

I’m all for this and it has definitely been a thought on my mind. VRSpy and SexLikeReal are basically the same studio with directors, john strong, and shooting style. Yes there should be a delay but as these guys brought up it’s far too long and only getting longer.

Why not release two scenes per week maybe even every other week or even once a month if you want. Just to catch up a bit to the main site. Or better yet, just make the AR passthrough releases “bonus” ones when they come out. No need to wait another week every time

Plus the AI Passthrough absolutely elevates already incredible videos. If the AI Passthrough was available on VRSpy I would be over there subscribing in a heartbeat. Is that in the plans at all? I’m shocked it’s not already a thing! Again, almost the same studio. Why is VRSpy not able to use the same AI Passthrough tech for their own current releases?
