PT Custom background Videos?

Since it seems like we wont be getting the feature to have a second video as a custom video for PT videos, is there any chance we can get greenscreen versions of the PT videos out so that we can add our own custom video backgrounds on our own? Would be great if the PT videos had another download options for "Green Screen" version.

doublevr would you still consider releasing the green screen versions of PT scenes? It would help us quickly test our angles and heights for each position change before the feature is officially released on the app

metichemsi Just thinking out loud: Instead of generating your own background mask from a green screen video, couldn't you just extract and work with the alpha mask that's already embedded in those videos? Like changing it from transparent to whatever you want to see instead?

SchnuppiLilac I've tried working with the embeded alpha mask in the past but could not get it to work and had minimal control of the masking quality since it was baked into the alpha mask. With a greenscreen version we at least have more control to finetune the alpha ourselves to get better edge control.

doublevr Just a version of the scene without the baked in alpha mask, where you just leave the green or blue screen background untouched for us to be able to have more control when masking our own backgrounds

SchnuppiLilac do you know if your team has published a post about the workflow by chance for those studios or people who have been inserting their own CG backgrounds, perhaps I have been going at this the wrong way on my own trying to use the alpha already in the videos, thanks

SchnuppiLilac @doublevr Yea I could not for the life of me figure out how to add a custom background to a PT video using premiere pro. I downloaded a PT video from the site and looked at the forum about making a chroma video, which all makes sense to make one, but does not give any insight as to how I could "reverse engineer" the process on a PT video that already has the chroma baked in like the ones on the site. There is probably a really simple thing I am missing or its just not possible on premiere, but I tried everything I could think of for a couple of hours.
