Can't use controllers when I stream videos

Hello,

I have an Oculus Quest and I stream the videos from other sites too and am always able to use the hand controllers to pause and play. Starting today I can't do that anymore. I see a green laser from between my eyes to the center of the video. Do you have any suggestions what has changed?

I am using the oculus browser btw.
