Grasshopper, Quest 3 uses pancake lenses, which can sometimes make the split between the left and right eye images a bit more noticeable than on Quest 2. Usually this isn’t related to the video itself but more to the headset position or IPD.
Try slightly adjusting the IPD and moving the headset a little up or down on your face to see if that helps the image line up better.
