With the actresses most everyone is thinking of? 100% not possible unless a western studio essentially wants to buy them out of the mainstream JAV industry (think 7 figures USD).
The only realistic option is to film performers already doing uncensored and while there are some nice faces within this pool of performers, 99% do not hold a candle to mainstream and from what I have heard from uncensored shooters, can be extremely flaky with actually appearing on time. This is one of the reasons why most uncensored JAV is so low budget: the risks both legal and financial to shooting are much higher.
