  • Can't purchase videos or premium with prepaid card

I have a prepaid visa that has enough on it, but every single option for payment declines the purchase, does this site just not allow prepaid cards to be used? I'm pretty sure I did it before a long time ago (with the same account), did they remove the option? I can't even top up instead of purchasing directly

Isn't really up to us.

Some factors that play a role and can change over time:

  • Your local laws.
  • Laws of country where card was issued.
  • Laws the payment gateway/broker has to adhere to.
  • UELA of card issuer, broker and bank.
  • Your name is blaclisted somewhere in the chain.
  • Your age

Factors that don't play a role:

  • SLR

Some countries are even banned from using PayPal. But not by us 🙂

I don't know if it's available where you are, but the PaySafeCard is a good alternative that does work reliably with SLR. Something to look into, maybe.
