Bug Report: Some videos have audio/video streams in wrong order, causing DLNA/Plex streaming issues
Hi, I've noticed that some videos downloaded from the site have a subtle encoding difference that causes playback issues when streaming via DLNA (e.g. Plex Media Server).
The problem: In some MP4 files, the audio track is stored as stream 0 and the video track as stream 1. The standard/expected order is video first, then audio. DLNA clients rely on the first stream being video — when it's not, the video stutters or plays in slow motion while audio plays fine.
Affected example: SLR_immerSex_Trembling In Her Boots_4096p_78755_LR.mp4
Working example: immerSex_Cuck 'n' Cream_4096p_71760_LR.mp4
Both files are otherwise identical — same codec (HEVC/H.265), resolution (8192x4096), framerate (59.94fps), and bitrate (38 Mbps). The only difference is stream order.
How to verify:
ffprobe -v quiet -print_format json -show_streams "filename.mp4"
In affected files, streams[0].codec_type will be "audio" instead of "video".
The fix on your end is simple — just remux the affected files during encoding/packaging to ensure video is mapped before audio. No re-encoding is needed, it's a one-line ffmpeg fix:
ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -map 0:v:0 -map 0:a:0 -c copy output.mp4
I've tested this and remuxed files are playing fine now.
This appears to affect a subset of files, likely a specific encoder or export preset in your production pipeline. Happy to provide more affected filenames if helpful. It has only been newer releases, downloaded in the last week or so. Thank you!
