SLR: Unable to load videos for streaming and comments

bashturtle

Hi,

i am a lifetime member on slr,

For some reason the website is unable to load the full video on streaming (And only shows trailer)
Also, the comments are not visible.
I am a lifetime member, so seems like some technical issue.

Could someone take a look ,

thanks

@AlexSLR @doublevr ..

Jeef

Same problem here. DeoVR also immediately logs me out when signing in. Nothing is watchable. Hopefully it’s being worked on.

bashturtle

thanks for confirming.
@doublevr @AlexSLR
its weekend lol, please please work your magic and fix it :-)

i have refreshed cookies, browser, location, different computers everything,
deovr is also logging all of us out....

will be grateful for help

SchnuppiLilac

Just checked in DeoVR, seems I'm not affected.

Jeef

Can someone from the team respond or acknowledge the issue is atleast being investigated? Was really looking forward to watching the new Octavia release later.

doublevr

Checking. Sorry about it

Jeef

doublevr thanks for the response

doublevr

Must be some local issue with limited number of users. Make sure to submit a report with https://help.sexlikereal.com/hc/en-us/ so we can look into each case specifically

Jeef

doublevr request submitted. Hopefully this can be resolved quickly. Even the website itself looks weird in my browser. Normally it pulls up the recommended and new feed right away, now I have to click “show more”. Maybe this is just a website design and unrelated but thought it worth mentioning.

doublevr

Jeef thx. Keep reporting. The team is looking into it. We need user specific data, as there are no service anomalies. Apps work just fine for QA and devs including me

Jeef

doublevr Did some more experimenting. The web browser is bugged. Plays only trailers even when logged in, but if you click “enter VR” from the website, you can view the full videos that way. DeoVR still does not work at all though. Not ideal cause Deo is far superior to the browser based vr player but it’s better than nothing.

bashturtle

@doublevr for me nothing is working, the site seems to play trailer only (in chrome)
in vr, deovr app entirely fails, it keeps logging me out again and again...
same as @Jeef

bashturtle

i have also checked the firefox, different computers,
hell i switched locations with vpn too

nothign seems to work,.....

@doublevr just talked with @Jeef ,
both of us are on the US east coast,
i am in florida, well he is also nearby (can't disclose his location on public forum)

seems that this is an isolated geographical issue.
hope this helps,

Jeef

bashturtle NJ, it’s ok but appreciate you respecting my privacy!

Jeef

“Input byte array cannot be null or empty. Parameter name : Data” is the message that quickly pops up and disappears before promptly logging me out of my account on DeoVR every time I sign in. Not sure if that helps at all figured I’d share.

AlexSLR

Jeef Thanks for the details!
The developers are checking what may have caused the issue 🙏
