Passthrough Ai feature stopped working on videos

hungergames7269

The passthrough does not work when viewing videos in Passthrough Ai - It does work while viewing other videos that have Passthrough AR (Alpha). I use the DeoVR App & Quest 3 headset and would appreciate any thoughts from support and others who have experience the same issue. I noticed the issue 2-3 weeks ago. Thanks.

hungergames7269, have you tried reinstalling the app?
Does it happen for all videos?

JordanSLR Hi Jordan, thanks for your follow up. It happens on all Passthrough Ai videos. It started anout 2-3 weeks ago. I did uninstall/reinstall the app when the issue started. I can try again. Any other ideas that would cause this you can think of?

hungergames7269, can you please provide some screenshots from the app via this form? Please also do try to reinstall the app. Thanks!

hungergames7269 While AR PT works automatically, you may have to switch on AI PT in the player UI. From your post, it's unclear if you did that. But since you had it working before, I assume you already know that.

JordanSLR Is there someone from support that I can have look at this for me? I've already uninstalled it three times. I've explained everything in detail. I don't know how to do a screenshot all it's gonna show us the three dots that is trying to go through the pass-through but never does. I'd rather work with support directly.
