I was trying to buy a subscription on my Macbook and the payment went through. I could watch the videos on my Mac. But as soon as I tried to sign in on my Quest headset, my account was blocked. And I couldn't log back in on my Macbook either. I think it’s because I tried monthly subscription while ago and bought lifetime subscription with similar username/password but with different email address. I already asked for help to the team. Pls fix this asap thx
