Also, depending on your router you might be able to connect a VPN at the WLAN level so every device on your network will talk over the VPN - no local software installs required. I have a router with OpenWRT so it's pretty easy to do, so I can watch overseas Netflix on my TV, for example. At least until Netflix bans the VPN IP :-)
(Edit: obviously this is hypothetical and not actually advice on how to circumvent age verification, because that would be bad, naughty and possibly even illegal under the OSA if certain members of our Government get their way.)
