@"frankryder44z"#p115851 thank you for reporting! I have passed the issue on to the team

@"AlexSLR"#p116068 I don’t understand this, AI passthrough is what sets your website apart from others out there. There are so many sites with high quality VR porn, I specifically buy videos on your website for the AI passthrough, and most of the broken videos are from YOUR studio. I’m kinda shocked that you would put out a “fix”, claim that it works, and refuse to do any quality control to actually make sure that it works after the fact.

Hi guys, thank you for your patience we have released fix today for toy not being saved between between app re-opening

Haptics menu is now gone for videos that don't have a script. Which means it's no longer possible to turn on/off or adjust the manual mode for haptics in the app for those videos. Only for videos that have a script.

Also it would be nice to be able to see which of the videos on the left side playlist view have a script when playing another video. This feature used to exist but has been gone for some updates now.

Kieshi

RealityFun Hi, thank you for bringing it up, I will ask team to check it out and we will fix it.

Kieshi

RealityFun hello, the absence of haptics menu should be fixed now

blaze466

Any idea when you’ll have app support for Galaxy XR?

doublevr

blaze466 i would not expect it's any priority

Mdambach10

Quest 3 and latest DEOVR app version. Everytime I go into the app on my quest, the Handy checkbox is unchecked, and I have to re-enable it and re-enter my Handy key every time. Very annoying when in VR and manually re-connect my Handy each time. What might be causing this? Only been happening the past couple of days,

Kieshi

Mdambach10 Hi, can you please specify what is your Handy FW version?

frankryder44z

Same issue for me as well.

Latest DEOVR 15.3.3550
Handy FW 4.1.0+16bc633b

Have to go into DEOVR Haptics settings re-enable Handy, re-enter the key and connect everytime DEOVR is restarted.

Kieshi

frankryder44z thank you for reporting! I have passed the issue on to the team

blaze466

doublevr That’s a shame considering it should be an easy conversion for one of the best headsets out there right now.

Mdambach10

Kieshi Got the latest DEOVR version and Handy firmware and this is still happening. Each time I go into the app, I'm having to enter my handy key - hope this is fixed soon.

bazzio

I'm getting really frustrated with DeoVR (latest version) and my Quest 3... every update seems to break something else...
The entering of my Handy key every time is one thing (at least i can dream my code now...) but now the old fps drop to 72hz seems to be back 🤨 (Not happen often or every session but once it happens it keeps doing it) but this could also be a Meta issue (i'm on latest version V83). Also handy keeps playing last (playing) script when exiting DeoVR?

doublevr

bazzio let me know how hyper app works for you https://deovr.com/app#download-section

Kehowal837

Hi, appreciate the work you guys did on this, I got the update and it seems that this fixed some of the AI passthrough videos.

Unfortunately even with the update it seems most of the videos I listed in the other thread are still broken, aside from a select few that work now.

AlexSLR

Kehowal837 39/40 scenes that were reported are fixed.

Hyper app works great (sadly no Haptics support yet..), no FPS drops, but... also no drops today with testing different vids on the DeoVR app??

Kehowal837

AlexSLR ummm maybe check again? I just tried multiple videos from the list I posted and while some are fixed, probably about half if not more are still broken.

Kehowal837

I even tried downloading the hyper app and it’s broken on there too

AlexSLR

Kehowal837 Sure, will check!
