I just purchased a year of premium. My login works. But it doesn’t let me view the full length videos, just trailers. It appears that the site doesn't recognize me as a premium member.
I placed a ticket, Ticket ID: 67940, but I am also writing because I found numerous people on various forums that have had this same issue and it went unresolved for days.
Please fix this issue for me.
