The FAQ says simply accept the rules on the landing page and you’re automatically entered. No additional action is required But I haven't found anything that looks like a rules acceptance.

We have a short window from the end of the contest to AVN to sort out travel arrangements for the winner, I'm sure you can imagine how complicated it could be sorting out US visas on short notice from certain places. We'll looking into options for including more countries next time around.
