VRedging, No More Hardcore Director's Cuts? WTF! Please Bring Back!

renstimpy11

Just read in the Comments under one of their scenes that this might be an issue with SLR not allowing the Hardcore Director's Cuts due to them being too similar to the shorter Edging version of the scenes.

WHAT A SHAME!!!!! These need to be allowed back ASAP!!! Whoever thought it was a good idea to keep these scenes off of SLR is WRONG! The Hardcore Director's Cuts that VREDGING was putting out were some of the Best scenes on SLR!

Also, why only 5k? Pretty sure a higher res is available...

Anyone else pissed about this and want the Hardcore Director's Cuts back?

Totally agree. But you can't like your own posts 😃

Obviously a very popular studio with great potential on SLR and it must be a major draw to the site. They are massively let down by their low resolution and have ignored many many comments on this issue. Perhaps SLR should lend them a better camera and yes bring back the directors cut.

SchnuppiLilac People can Like the OP to Agree is what I was thinking... figured I would start cause technically I can like my own post 😅

Just learned about this issue. These Hardcore Director's Cuts not being on SLR with AI PT is a Travesty.

The only 5k res is another issue. Not sure what's going on there.

VRedging is easily a Top 10 Studio on SLR... LET THEM DO WHAT THEY WANT!!!

Other studios were following a similar SOP in which they were releasing multiple scenes cut from the footage filmed in one session. This resulted in what looks like duplication. There were multiple complaints from the community that this practice unfairly games the system by letting studios saturate the new release bubble with near-dupes. I assume that SLR is reacting to that.

From a different perspective: if the community prefers Hardcore Director's Cuts (and supports them with view time), why wouldn't the studio take advantage of that support and produce more Hardcore Director's Cuts while skipping the base edging scene? This would bypass the supposed "no longer allowed to release a 'Hardcore Directors' Cut' in addiition" because there wouldn't be an "addition".

Yeah. It's fine that SLR is finally doing something against dupes. Dupes are unfair for others studios and this pollute user's feed. VRedging can easily fix the "issue" by stopping releasing the teaser...

Reeses

Yeah I agree, they should just release the long format video only. Every video is hardcore directors cut only.

And then they should almost immediately make a reasonable number of new Shalina Devine edging scenes, maybe 100 or so 🤣

fuccaneer From a different perspective just post the fucking full video

Nope. They are absolutely free to release both versions of these videos, however each unique scene gets one shot at being featured in the new scenes section.

We introduced this rule after receiving robust feedback from our members and studios that they didn't think it was fair that studios were releasing recuts or remasters of old content to get featured in the new section again.

Polar thanks for the info! That seems very fair too.

Polar Can't argue with that. Thank you for cracking down on it.

Are the Hardcore Director's Cut versions always the absolute complete full version? Are there any videos where the shorter version has some scenes, or seconds, or minutes, that the Hardcore Director's Cut version doesn't have and the HDC version is spliced differently in some way? That's been the pain for me. I have so many of both versions and I assume the HDC version is the shorter version plus more, with only stuff added and nothing ever taken away, but I don't know this, so I have to waste so much time manually going through and verifying each one now to free up space. That's the biggest annoyance for me. I didn't mind getting a shorter version and a little while later getting the full version, my problem is with not knowing if anything is lost in any HDC version compared to the shorter versions.

VREdging is now releasing shortened short versions without a cumshot

Is this all because they are not allowed to spam the frontpage with multiple videos?

I hope someone clones their entire process and yoinks their viewers, it couldn't happen to a more deserving studio 😉

andman24

I used to consider it one of the best studios; the scenes were always just right for unwinding after a long day. Lately, however, I don't find it quite as good, as it lacks a climax.

jommy

It lacks everything these days

Hardcore, cumshots, same quality as 5 years ago, short videos..

It's like the owner(s) have lost their passion and drive or are purposefully making things worse, for no reason
