Well you can take a picture of yourself in pov with your junk out. Then use it as a starting frame in Wan 2.2 with some loras to make customized porn videos with yourself in it in your own room. Was a fun little experiment lol. It can look really realistic too, not quite perfect but close.
It's computationaly expensive though and it takes about 4min for 6s on my 5090 at 1328x1000. So don't expect full porn vids or super flexible and easy to prompt stuff. Like anything crazy you can think off by simply asking for it like an image model.
Its gonna be a wild future though. Once that stuff becomes realtime and more flexible. Like insert reference of your favorite girl, your own body, your room or whatever, a prompt and generate. Crappy version of this are gonna come sooner then later. The tech already exists just not NSFW or realtime
