Could you please share with me your current Quest firmware version? This would be very helpful to figure out the issue.
I've updated to the lastest version of firmware since installing the Hyper app, but was on the previous version whatever that was as i had updated the month prior.
Too be honest don't put time into investigating this as i just wanted to check if the app had 'Ofset Options / Vertical /Horizontal' as they are very important features and if they were missing i wouldn't even contemplate looking at the app.
I've now unistalled the app but my guess was that it possibly had something to do with me having headset tracking disabled as i never turn it on or i never use a Left Hand Controller.
I know some VR apps require these and have bugs if not enabled so i just avoid them.
So please don't look into this issue for me.
