First of all, I do want to say that I'm a fan of the site and what you guys have done, but I wanted to voice my thoughts on the recent site changes and content delivery over all. I'll try to keep this as constructive as i can because I know you guys listen to feedback, otherwise I wouldn't even bother writing this.
Regarding the site - the biggest complaint I have is that the ability to search categories within my own favorites list has been removed. This happened initially with the holiday page update last year, returned to normal for a while, and now its gone again. Big miss here and to remove a feature that already existed and was useful just plain feels bad.
Next I'd like to talk about content, specifically pass through. It looks like the issues with PT time offset have been identified and work is being done to resolve it. Thank you for that. I'll point out the obvious here with the grey room scenes - these were great before AI PT, now it just isolates a portion of your audience which is a bad business move when you can keep both sides happy with the AI PT solution. It also seems like those grey room scenes are contracted out to a 3rd party and are often sub par.
Finally, and I know this might be a controversial take and is based off of my personal preferences, but the content library is going down hill in my opinion. Lately a lot studios just arent putting out good content and the site is getting filled with "filler" low tier content. I know you cant control every scene made by other studios but from a consumer standpoint its an issue. The most consistent studio with high quality releases (outside of SLR) this past year has been VRspy and their releases have slowed dramatically. There are a couple studios picking up the slack but its felt pretty bad the past few months, at least for me personally.
