Picouser I am always baffled why and how SLR do these things. Maybe there is some logic, maybe not. Can we get some info when the migration should be done and ready to work?
I am now using the old website because it is working much better and there is nothing wrong with it. This new one lacks of My Interactive witch is crucial for me. I would not hold my breath SLR is fixing it soon since this forum has reported these missing features probably year ago via weber Hub discussions.
I'm honestly currently trying to work out why they are doing this - There has to be an objective that we as customers are not being told, this is going to cause disruptions for about a year to possibly get back all the usability of the old site and iron out the bugs.
So if they manage to do that then what have they achieved or why, apart from causing customers anguish without any improvement for us apart from maybe a different layout or appearance.
Again, i would like to know what they are genuinely trying to achieve cause i don't think we are being told.
I don't see how customers are currently gaining or going to gain when the migration is complete.
This is not even taking into account the current issues with Ai Passthrough sync issues, also the latest update to DeoVR app which broke all the filtering and many other things that are still to be fixed.
It's a mess too be honest, nothing works as it should or used to, and it's self inflicted for no reason i can see, nobody asked for this.
They are trying to do too much all at once and it's falling apart and i foresee it's going to be a mess for quite while going by recent issues be resolved.
Ps the old website is broken too and i get the error msg 'Something went wrong... etc' using essential various filters
Personally i'm having to copy and paste from one site to the other as a work around = FANTASTIC 🙂
Hopefully i'm wrong...
