I just wrote this elsewhere, but figured I'd share it here too for future ideas.
In no particular order:
The pushy/ insistent woman. It can take multiple forms, but the gist of it is that the woman is the aggressive one, and does what she wants, without any regard for what 'we' want. This can be something like your wife's BFF is crashing over, and while your wife is away, the BFF convinces you to cheat, even when you're reluctant. Bonus points for leglock creampies or condom removals. Basically what she wants is what happens, despite the guy's reluctance. She can be mean about it too, degrading the wife etc.
Boss lady punishes some office peon to be her sex slave. While this is a 'standard' scenario - what would make it pop is the psychological aspect. Constant talk about how you need this job, and if you don't do this, your family will be disappointed - and that's worse than cheating or whatever.
Spit. But not the drooling stuff that's popular right now. Straight up spit in the face (camera) and aggression to the camera. In a lot of videos, the girl is being called the slut, whore etc. Turn it around, and have the girl degrade "us" and call us filthy fucking sluts, or whores. Spit in our face. Smack us around a little.
Instructions. Not JOI, but continuous commands to help break focus. When you're right into it, getting ridden in CG, and suddenly the woman issues a command, it's super hot. The simplest form of this is "look at me" or the "look me in the eyes when I cum" etc. With varying degrees of bossiness, it's super hot. Other versions of this is conversational feedback - it brings immersion, even if it's not really possible for us to 'respond'. Examples are like "You want me to cum? Tell me you're going to make me cum" or in addition to "cum inside me", you add "tell me you're going to fucking cum inside me" etc. - or even simply a long winded explanation of "you're going to cum inside me. Bullying in general. Maybe we're the 'nerdy guy' at school, or the 'loser brother'. The bad girl has detention, or gets grounded so she can't go party, and decides that she's gonna fuck us instead of just masturbating. Being generally rude to us with "shut the fuck up" etc. is a plus here.
Inappropriate settings. Say a couple is trying to conceive, so the woman wants sex whenever she's ovulating, no matter where they are. Or, she could just be a straight up sex addict. But the setting is how it happens. Sitting at a dinner table - the girl can be across, and starts giving an inappropriate footjob to try and get the guy going. If she's sitting beside us, she can reach down and start giving a handjob under the table, while we try to push her away, but she insists.
Cuckquean content. There are 2 flavors of this, and both are good. The first is your standard cuckquean, where a wife/girlfriend wants to see her man with another woman, and masturbates in the background while watching them fuck. This can be taken to the next level by having the cuckquean "call the shots". Being very vocal and almost narrating how she wants the 2 to fuck. This kind of thing can be accomplished with voiceover too, so you don't necessarily have to have another actress in the mix, as the extra girl can be off camera.
The second variant of this is where the cuckquean is getting cucked, but she isn't really into it. She could be ultra religious, and not wanting to have sex before marriage, but wants to allow her man to experience sex, so her friend or a 'professional' is hired to help - but that person takes it farther than she wants, so she protests while the guy willingly fucks the more dominant girl. Or, the cuckquean isn't involved at all, and is forced to listen on the phone, or watch via video call - or is locked outside and is otherwise upset that she's being cucked.

For all of these, the buildup/ escalation is how to take it to the next level. I'm a big fan of videos with different scene stages.
For example, in the BFF cheating scenario. The first part can just start with the girl saying she's heard all about our cock and wants to see it, leading to a handjob. The next part could be her pushing the limits, each time getting something more until the final scene is full on sex. Bonus if the first sex scene includes the use of a condom, and the final scene is the woman deciding she's gonna take it off.
