located in austria with a 500mbit line - everything worked great up until about a week ago, since then I cannot watch any videos. Im a premium user.
Browsing the site seems fine, but watching any videos will result in endless buffering.. when i try to download a video its gives me less than 1mb/s download speed.
And yes, my connection is working fine.
did a speedtest , ID 9024 and its super slow... theres def an issue on your side since my net works fine otherwise

neums When using sites like speedtest.net or Ookla, you have to pick a server in the same location as the SLR server you tested on.
Otherwise your just testing the faster server the site could find for you.
