Anyone else having issues with the Handy?

Last couple sessions the Handy has been giving me issues...
Just upgraded to latest Handy firmware (although problem happened before that too).
Handy seems to be connected via wifi and can successfully see Handy servers when tested.
SLR & Heresphere cannot see the Handy at all.
Only solution is to put Handy in Legacy Bluetooth mode to work with SLR. No solution for Heresphere.
Anyone else having issues with the Handy as of late?

renstimpy11 Hello, could you please double-check and make sure that you followed all the steps from the guide to connect Handy via Wi-Fi?

In your SLR profile, enter your Handy Connection Key
Put on your headset and access SexLikeReal in the DeoVR app (or headset browser)
Play a video from the Interactive Video category
In the video settings, select the desired script
The Handy will connect automatically and notify you once connected

Also, please make sure that Wi-Fi mode is enabled on your Handy device.

AshSLR This is a problem with the Handy's connection... that's why it also fails to connect to Heresphere. It Doesn't happen all the time... supper annoying when it does though

Found the solution to my problem...
It was a VPN related issue. When I disabled it, everything worked correctly. But... I get much better speeds to the SLR servers with the VPN. So changing VPN protocols from Wireguard to OpenVPN fixed the issue with the Handy and I still get the fast speeds to the SLR servers.

... switched back to Wireguaud protocal and the Handy is connecting to SLR with no problems. Maybe the Handy devs seen this problem and changed something. Hope it keeps working until I get my hands on Melody 😁

Was having issues again with the Handy not connecting to SLR... changing VPN protocols didn't fix anything.
But, changing VPN locations DID fix it. Picking a different city for the VPN and the Handy Connected with no issues.
